The housing complex is being constructed in a big plot that measures 2431, 46m² and is located in the outskirts of a traditional Cretan village in the area of Rethymnon. "Roussospiti Residence" presents the simple village life. The location offers the quality of life near nature while it is only 7km away from the town of Rethymnon and its long sandy beach. The near by village, has facilities for shopping and family entertainment such as local tavernas with home made food.

The complex consists of 2 groups of 5 houses each (10 units total) with magnificent sea view. The size of the houses varies between 55 m² (one bedroom), 75 m² (two bedrooms) and 110 m² (three-bedroom two-storied maisonettes).

All houses have living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. They also have independent entrances and private outdoors areas with tile-paved terraces and gardens surrounded by low stonewalls.  There are two paved parking areas along the roadside with one parking space per house. All residences offer undisturbed views towards the sea and the town of Rethymnon. 

There is plenty of space for outdoor activities. In the north east corner of the complex there is a communal swimming pool, surrounded by sunbathing patios. The communal areas are landscaped with declining gardens fenced with low stonewalls, sitting areas and paths paved with natural stone

FLOORS : Outdoor areas and terraces as well as the indoor floors are paved with ceramic tiles
WINDOWS & DOORS : Outdoor windows & doors are made of aluminum frames with double glassing and rolling shutters. Interior doors are made of pressed wood .

ROOFS: The sloping roofs, in places planed from the architectural study, are wooden with the proper heat and water insulation and natural ceramic greeck style tiles for the covering.

KITCHEN: Cupboarts with melamine interior finish and wooden doors and worktops resistant to humidity and temperature changes

BATHROOM: Basin , bathtub & toilet made of white porcelain, inox plumbing fixtures, cabinet with mirror, washing mashine

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION SYSTEM: Fuse box with automatic fuses , indoor & outdoor checking points , lights and switches

DOORBELL , TELEPHONE & TV: Exterior doorbell, double telephone jacks, antenna outlet with satelite dish.

HEATING & COOLING SYSTEM: Autonomous electric underfloor heating system for each house & one aircondition unit per house.

SWIMMING POOL : Common swimming pool 60m² . Possibility of small private swimming pool for the IKAROS-M1  and DAIDALOS-M1 properties after client request.

COMMONAREA: Pool area , outdoor sitting areas & paths paved with naturals stones , surroundung areas with grass, gardens with and trees and shrubs, automatic water sprinklers, outdoor lighting
PARKING: One parkingspace per house. Parking areas situated by the public road at the entrance to complex, are paved and sufficiently lit.

MISCELLANEOUS : Wardrobes with melamine interior finish and wooden doors in all bedrooms. Wooden pergolas are being constructed in private outdoor areas according to the architectural study.

Any changes or additions requested by the owner that needs to be carried out by the contractors , will be done only after a previous written agreement between the company and the owner. We reserve ourselves against any changes due to official regulation.
