The company SUNESTATE has a large variety of homes. If however none of these covers your needs we can, with the help of our collaborators and your own guidance, together build the home of your dreams.  
The collaborators of SUNESTATE who are experienced and qualified (topographers, architects, civil engineers, mechanical engineers) can guarantee a complete design for your home.  
Prices vary. The basic factor is the location of the land you will choose as well as the quality of the construction we will agree upon.  
The square footage you can build differs, however in general according to Greek laws regarding construction of buildings, if you choose an area outside the city plan you need a lot surface area of 4000 m² in order to build 200 m².
If you select an area within a community, on a lot surface area of 1000 m² you can build from 200 up to 400 m².
The next step after the location and the lot you are interested in has been found, our company can proceed to the implementation of the design of your home. At the same time our decorators with their range of experience and imagination will always be at your disposal for the fulfillment of your dreams.
